COMPASS Certification

Take the next step in your COMPASS training by demonstrating your ability to apply the COMPASS consultation and coaching process in practice.

The COMPASS Certification program is designed for individuals who have successfully completed all three required COMPASS online courses and are ready to demonstrate their knowledge and skills through applied assessments.

To earn certification, participants must successfully complete all three prerequisite courses and enroll in the COMPASS Certification course. During the certification process, participants will submit video-recorded assignments demonstrating their ability to apply COMPASS strategies and techniques in practice. These recordings will be reviewed and graded to assess proficiency in implementing the COMPASS model.

Upon successful completion of all coursework and required assessments, participants will earn their COMPASS Certification.

Certification Requirements:

• Successfully complete and pass all three COMPASS online courses.

• Enroll in the COMPASS Certification course.

• Submit required video-recorded assignments demonstrating practical application of COMPASS strategies.

• Receive passing evaluations on all required certification assessments.
