Create a personalized COMPASS Profile to help families, educators, and support teams to identify priorities, develop meaningful goals, and plan together.
Getting started on your COMPASS Profile is easy. Just click the buttons below to either create your profile using our online platform or using the downloadable blank forms. If you have trouble setting up your account, please feel free to contact us.

We are excited for you to take this first step of discovering how COMPASS is for Life.
The COMPASS Profile brings together perspectives from families, educators, students, and other support providers to support consultation, goal setting, transition planning, and IEP discussions. By working as a team, we can create a more complete picture of the individual and develop personalized goals for a brighter future.
How it Works
A simple process to get started and build your COMPASS Profile.
Step 1: Start a Profile
Enter your email address to receive a password and access the COMPASS Profile.
Step 2: Invite a Partner
Add another member of your team (e.g., parent, educator, or support provider) to also complete the profile.
Step 3: Complete & Share
Once all participants have completed the profile, you can download and print the completed profile for sharing.
Getting Started
Once you are on the COMPASS Profile page, you will need to:
Provide your email address on the COMPASS Profile page.
Look for an email with your password (from COMPASS). You may also need to check your junk/ spam folder.
Return to the COMPASS Profile page and login with your new password.
Save your email and password for future use.
First check your spam or junk folder. If it is not located there and you still have not received an email within 30 minutes, please contact us.
Once You're Logged In
After successfully entering your new password, please complete the following steps:
- Enter the person's age
- Select your relationship to the person (e.g., parent, teacher, support provider).
- Invite another team member (e.g., a parent or garegiver) to also complete the COMPASS Profile.
Once you and your team completes the profile, you will receive a notification. You will then be able to download and print the competed profile for sharing.
Do you need a Release of Information?
While we will not share any of your information when completing the COMPASS profile, it may be required by your school district (or other agency) that a Release of Information form be filled out prior to completing the COMPASS profile. For ease of access, we have provided for you a Release of Information downloadable PDF to complete and submit to the necessary agency.
